K.bio Page Visitor Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how information may be collected and processed when you visit or interact with a creator’s public page hosted on K.bio (a “K.bio Page”).

K.bio is a service provided by ONEM Systems Inc., doing business as K.bio (“K.bio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

A K.bio Page is created and operated by the creator identified on that Page (“Creator”). K.bio provides the technology used to host and operate the Page and may process certain information about your interactions with the Page on behalf of the Creator.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information?

The Creator determines how they use their K.bio Page and which features they enable.

When K.bio processes information about your visit in order to operate the Creator’s Page, provide Page functionality, or provide Insights to that Creator, K.bio generally processes that information on behalf of the Creator.

Where applicable privacy law uses the terms “controller” and “processor,” the Creator generally acts as the controller of this Visitor Data and K.bio acts as a processor or service provider on the Creator’s behalf.

2. Information Processed When You Visit a K.bio Page

Depending on how you interact with a K.bio Page and which features the Creator has enabled, K.bio may process information such as:

• the K.bio Page and content you view;
• interactions with posts and other Page content;
• links and Destinations you click;
• interactions with products, tips, or commerce features;
• interactions with Ask AI or other interactive features;
• browser, device, operating system, and general geographic information (country/region);
• referring sources and campaign information (e.g., UTM parameters); and
• technical, security, and diagnostic information necessary to operate and protect the Page.

K.bio’s default Creator Insights analytics are cookieless and do not retain raw IP addresses.

3. Third-Party Technologies Configured by Creators

Creators may optionally enable third-party analytics or advertising tracking technologies (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Analytics) on their K.bio Page.

Where required by applicable law, your consent will be requested before optional tracking technologies are activated on the Creator's Page. You can manage your preferences at any time via the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of the Page.

4. Your Rights and Contact

Because K.bio processes Visitor Data on behalf of the Creator, you may contact the relevant Creator directly regarding their use of your information or to exercise your privacy rights.
